Surgical instruments eventually require maintenance and repair, and no one is better suited to recondition your instruments than our experienced craftsmen.

Our Maintenance Program is designed to return your instruments in an excellent condition, ensuring long-lasting functionality, signature performance and absolute safety in compliance with the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC and EN ISO 13485 at a fraction of the cost of a replacement.

The Repair Service guarantees a short turnaround time of approximately one week and is applicable to most reusable Storz^® Ophthalmic Instruments from Bausch + Lomb. We would like to point out that eye cannulas of all types, irrigation / aspiration handpieces (bimanual and coaxial), tonometers, manometers, medical bipolar devices and -cables can NOT be repaired. The repair of third-party products as well as medical devices that have not previously been reprocessed and sterilized by a suitably validated procedure are excluded from our repair service.
