This modified design of the Grayson Manipulator features a depression in the tip ends to assist with applying pressure. One end is comprised of a flattened paddle tip with a smooth, defined internal edge that is designed for manipulating tissue, rotation and cracking the nucleus. The other end features a kuglen hook tip design. The instrument can be unscrewed allowing the use of both ends in a bi-manual procedure. Overall Length: 132mm.
