This universal cataract instrument is designed to allow multiple functions in one simple and efficient instrument. The chopping tip is designed to provide excellent control of the nucleus with vertical, horizontal or tilt-chop, as well as other techniques. The gently curved and smooth tip, designed to protect the posterior capsule, features grooves intended to engage the optic or haptics for IOL manipulation and for iris push-pull in small pupil cases. A traditional spatula is designed for intraocular manipulation of iris, lens fragments and vitreous. Overall length 137mm.
